Pizzeria Fontinha Hotel has opened its door to authentic Italian ingredients. Chef Miguel Rocha Vieira along with chef Pierre-Olivier Petit, have exciting news for those in Porto or planning a visit to this northern city.

Pizzeria Fontinha Hotel will welcome pizza lovers to savor in this iconic Italian dish. Located at Fontinha Porto, a Trademark Collection by Wyndham, the restaurant is curated by chef Miguel Rocha Vieira along with chef Pierre-Olivier Petit, who later this year took over the food and beverages department of the AHM - Ace Hospitality Management group.

Their pizzas feature a Neapolitan dough that undergoes a 48-hour maturation process, resulting in a light and fluffy crust. To ensure authentic Italian flavors, the primary ingredients are imported from Italy, offering a variety of menu options.

The menu includes classics like the Margherita, with tomato sauce, fior di latte, and basil, and the Capricciosa, with ham, mushrooms, artichokes, and olives. There’s also the Prosciutto, featuring ham, smoked provolone cheese, arugula, and fior di latte, and the Quattro Formaggi, topped with mozzarella, gruyère, gorgonzola, and grana padano cheeses. For those seeking bold flavors, there are pizzas with basil pesto sauce, pepperoni slices, and burrata cheese as key ingredients.
