It begins with vibrant and diverse Mexican cuisine on the first Sunday of each month, with a feast of tacos, nachos smothered in guacamole, spicy chili, and succulent quesadillas. The show cooking area becomes a personalized burrito station, offering a selection of fillings like rice, red beans, roasted peppers, caramelized onions, and succulent chicken or beef. For dessert, guests will have the famous churros, Tres Leches cake soaked in three types of milk, and mazamorra, a versatile corn cream dessert popular in Central America.

For the second Sunday, the flavors Alentejo will take center stage with traditional dishes like tomato soup, ‘cabeça de xara’, ‘pezinhos de coentrada’, and a mesmerizing cheese and sausage board. The show cooking area features bacalhau à brás, stewed pork cheeks, and the traditional ‘cação’ in coriander and lemon sauce, complemented by traditional sides.
