There are dinner options with party and also stay! New Year's Eve in the Algarve and Alentejo is made with proposals for all tastes. Crab, shrimp, mussels and razor clams mark the season dedicated to the flavors of the sea and, in a showcooking format, veal tartare is presented. This is followed by a variety of fresh salads, but also more composed and nutritious options, such as the salad with cod flakes, chickpeas and roasted peppers or the salad with sautéed chicken, quinoa and red lentils.

As for desserts, the cherry parfait with Alentejo liqueur wine, the meringue's mille-feuille or the meringue lemon cream invite you to end the year in the sweetest way. After the New Year's toast, at midnight, there will be supper with green broth, mini pregos, mini beef and chicken burgers and the bakery and delicatessen station propose to snuggle the stomach all night long. The New Year's Eve Dinner also has a selection of drinks included, open bar and live music, continuing the spirit of celebration, and costs 175 euros per person.
