Lisbon DoubleTree Skyview Hotel Construction Progressing Smoothly

The construction of the Lisbon DoubleTree Skyview Hotel is moving forward steadily. Located in a prime area near Lisbon International Airport and Gare do Oriente train station, this 4-star hotel is a new development by Mercan Properties under Hilton’s DoubleTree brand.

The most visible advancement on-site is the completion of masonry work, with all walls now in place. Work has already begun on waterproofing and the installation of technical infrastructure on the ground floor. These developments mark an important milestone in keeping the project on schedule.

Once completed, the hotel will add 219 rooms to Lisbon’s hospitality offer and is expected to generate 115 new jobs. It will also include a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views, a gym, and meeting facilities, providing both leisure and business travelers with a full range of amenities.
