Halloween at Blss U: The Most Chilling Night of the Year

On October 31, Blss U invites lovers of mystery and suspense to a unique dinner. Inspired by a gothic and enigmatic atmosphere, the Porto-based gastro club promises an experience that defies convention: a dinner where guests can enjoy a buffet while moving through the space and dancing to the sound of two live DJ sets.

The most chilling and mysterious night of the year is back at Blss U. With themed décor and an exclusive menu, the gastro club, located in the historic center of Porto, transforms into an immersive setting where, starting at 7:00 p.m., Halloween is celebrated with music, flavor, and plenty of irreverence.

The menu, curated by Chef Xavier Oliveira, begins with a wide range of starters that showcase the creativity of Blss U’s kitchen, featuring combinations that range from the lightness of salads to the intensity of oriental and Asian-inspired flavors. Freshness takes the lead with options like Caprese Salad and Greek Salad, while the Roasted Pumpkin Hummus and Polenta with Tapenade bring creaminess and texture. Among bolder notes, guests will find the Parma Margarita Crostini and Wakame Seaweed and Tofu Quiche, before moving on to comforting dishes like the Togarashi Chicken and Carrot and Shrimp Cream Soup—a duo that balances the flavors of land and sea. And because no celebration is complete without a familiar touch, the classic Selection of Savory Snacks also makes an appearance.

Throughout the themed and festive night, guests can also enjoy more elaborate options such as the Shrimp Taco with Lime Mayo, which combines the taste of the sea with a citrus freshness that awakens the palate, while the Beef Steak Sandwich with Herb Butter and the Cheeseburger bring back classics in a perfect format for the occasion. The daring Suckling Pig Berliner promises to surprise even the skeptics, while vegetarians can choose between the Smoked Tofu and Vegetable Wrap or the Vegan Choripan with Pico de Gallo.

As dinner comes to a close, the sweetest side of the party takes center stage with the Chocolate Trilogy, Dulce de Leche and Biscuit, Strawberry Frasier, and the timeless Exotic Fruit Cheesecake. To accompany the dinner, Blss U’s signature cocktails will be available, as well as music—since the evening’s soundtrack will be in the hands of two DJs: from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., DJ Ana Isabel Arroja opens the night, and from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m., DJ Inês Mutaca takes over.

The Halloween party at Blss U has a maximum capacity of 100 people. Tickets are available in three tiers: until October 21, they are priced at €15; after October 28, they cost €20; and until October 31, they will be €25.
